My Expertise
Starting with my Army service as a heavy vehicle mechanic straight out of high school, I have worked with nearly everything that has an engine and 4 wheels.

From my hometown of Cape Cod, MA to Fort Bragg, NC and back to the Northeast, my mechanical acumen ranges from heavy trucks to specializing in Ford models to diversifying into a wide range of vehicles, including:

-
Heavy trucks
-
Ford models
-
Western Star trucks
-
Pierce fire trucks
-
Road Rescue ambulances
-
International vehicles
Over my 35 years servicing vehicles, I have acquired certifications from the following:
-
Ford Senior Master
-
Caterpillar
-
Cummins diesel
-
Detroit diesel
-
ASE (master tech in both automotive and truck)
-
Ford and International trucks’ hybrid systems
-
Roush (clean tech designation)
My tenure at Minuteman allowed me to fix trucks that dealers could not fix. Trucks and ambulances were transported from all over the nation to our shop on the East coast, and we had the honor of servicing many fire departments and ambulance companies.
My hectic hours as a foreman started to wear on my family life; we decided to pursue a quieter life in eastern North Carolina. We bought an empty lot of land in Pamlico County in 2018 and have since built a 30 x 50 garage and shop while living in our 1959 Airstream which I had fully restored.

After working at a few local shops as the lead tech foreman, I was encouraged to start my own shop. Some of my favorite projects:

-
Rebuilding campers
-
Performed frame-off restoration of our 1959 Airstream Overlander
-
Restored a 1960 Serro Scotty Silverside
-
Hot rod restoration and rebuilds, including my 1950 Belair with a Corvette C4 chassis/drive train
-
Small equipment repair
-
Hydraulics rebuilds
-
Specializing in Ford Powerstrokes
